Kelly debuts new hair do

Ms Kelly recently chopped down her locks which were pretty long by the way underneath her weaves. She's rocking a Kelis/Rihanna esque do and she's bringing it not only in the hair department but also fashion wise. She's working the fashion shows like a pro - looking fab show after show.
